I have shown success building and developing top teams with LaBelle Management, Maurices, and recently began sharing my passion for personal growth through personal, group, and individual coaching. I have traveled throughout the US leading new location openings for Maurices and with Ponderosa opening new restaurants.

After spending more than 16 years in the restaurant and hospitality industry, 10 years in clothing retail, and 10 years in Network Marketing, I understand what not only drives teams to their desired results, but also how individual success can impact the entire team. I have built team and individual training curriculums, organized and led team retreats, and take every opportunity to share with a stranger how they can be an inspiring leader from whatever position they hold within their company.
